I have consulted a doctor, I have been diagnosed with a grade 3 hemorrhoids @ 3o clock, and he suggested laser hemmoreoidplasty, is it mandatory to go for surgery or can it be cured by medicine, please suggest and give a valuable opinion on the concern.

It can't be cured by medicines. Some type of surgery will be required. You can choose only "which type of surgery".
