Yes, all three medications are safe and appropriate for your condition. Metformin is a first-line treatment for PCOD and also helps reduce insulin resistance, which is a major driver of fatty liver. Ursodiol (UDCA) 300mg directly reduces liver inflammation and is commonly prescribed for Grade 2 fatty liver.
