I did a checkup last month and discovered high bilrubin level.I have been following strict diet and exercise daily as well.I have lost 12 kg.Now my weight is 80kg and height is 171cm.Can i drink alcohol and smoke ciggarettes for atleast one day in a 2-3 months or will that be bad for me?
