The timings for exercises vary from person to person. You should do exercises when you are stress free....... After coming home you can sleep for 6-7 hrs. After taking one fruit... You can do your exercises. Half an hour post exercises you can take light breakfast or milk or eggs. Three to four hours later you can take lunch. In evening again green tea or milk..... Before leaving for office can take few dry fruits and a fruit. Dinner at office according to your dinner time.
