It seems like you're in severe distress and are going through a tough time at the moment. Heartbreak can be very tough and leaves you with several emotions. From what I can tell, you're feeling guilty because you have a lot of memories with this person. On top of that, you're also feeling like you're lost parts of yourself to this relationship and are feeling like you have to pick up the broken pieces. I completely understand how tough this may be for you.
But, this is also the right time to learn from the mistakes you've made, understand your underlying patterns, and overcome your issues once and for all. This is a tough time, indeed, but you WILL come out of this and you will learn to become strong.
In this tough time, it is important to learn and recognise all the things you're feeling and process all of your emotions. I invite you to seek therapy at this critical time. It'll help you heal and learn from your issues.
Here are some other things you can do:
* Seek support with your friends and family
* Give time to your hobbies and interests
* Start working out
* Develop a new skill
If you're extremely anxious, scared, angry, etc. It's best to seek counselling and professional help.
You WILL overcome this.
