Hello,Presence of glucose in sugar indicates that capacity of kidney tubules in absorption of sugar is reached and extra sugar is coming in urine due to high sugar.. Plz urgently check your Fasting blood sugar and 2 hr post meal blood sugar with Hb1Ac for diagnosis of diabetes and consult Endocrinologist for proper management of your condition .. U can do it online..
