I know I need a second blood test to make certain I have diabetes but for now must I cut back on all sugar and starch? Or will this hurt me? I get conflicting advice telling me to continue to have some sugar or else I will faint. But then others say to cut out completely but eat some healthy carbs. I am not on medication. My symptoms before the blood test included inflammation of my penis with no infection or yeast. Now that I cut sugar I feel some fatigue.
