I am 20 weeks pregnant and did OGCT today. I took a full meal and post I drank 75g glucose mixed in water. I then draw blood after 2 hours. I have got result as 162. I am worried if this will cause harm to baby. I cannot exercise because I am on bed rest due to incompetent cervix I have cervical stitch placed. What can be the consequences? Am I under threat?

Diet restriction is important than exercise. Plz do tlk to dietician. Nd follow a diabetic diet for 2-3 weeks.. nd repeat the test again.
