Your kidney function is less as per your age.
That might be the reason creatinine and phosphorus or higher.
You require for the evaluation/ tests - to identify the cause for renal dysfunction
Consult with a nephrologist, need to see USG KUB and your history as well about hypertension and diabetes. If no surgical cause will be found on USG then further evaluation will be required.
