ACR report is also normal so what should I do now why Creatinine and Phosphorus is high.. should I worry or not I don't have diabates or hypertension

Your kidney function is less as per your age. That might be the reason creatinine and phosphorus or higher. You require for the evaluation/ tests - to identify the cause for renal dysfunction

Consult with a nephrologist, need to see USG KUB and your history as well about hypertension and diabetes. If no surgical cause will be found on USG then further evaluation will be required.
