PET CECT scan needs to be done for planning further managememt depending upon disease spread.

Needs ct scan chest and abdomen or petct scan to know stage of report.. Then based on report chemoradiation or srgery may be offered.. Needs feedind jejunostomy or stenting for adequate nutrition if not able to take orally

This is a food pipe cancer. Food pipe cancer treatment depends on the location of the tumor (upper, mid or lower part of food pipe) and its extension to adjacent region and spread to other parts of the body.
