Ginseng/Ashwagandha Dosage - psoriasis

Hello Doctor. Can I take Ginseng/ Ashwagandha tablets 500 mg twice a day for general immunity booster as I am also having psoriasis flare - on scalp, hand and legs - small region only . I am not under any medication. I am able to manage psoriasis without medicines currently.
