Can be due to lack of sleep , anxiety or you diet.
One should have an undisturbed sleep of 6 to 8 hours everyday.
Don't over think.. don't take unnecessary stress.
Avoid over eating at night.
Keep atleast 2 hours of gap between dinner and sleep.
Go for a walk after dinner.
Avoid spicy and oily food.
Have a light meal at night.
Keep your self hydrated.
