Popping sound in all the joints can be normal or can be due to muscle loss around your joints , clicking due to structures inside your joints.. Knee popping everytime you get up from sitting position can be due to a hypermobile meniscus or abnormality in meniscus ie the shock absorbing structure in the knee.. Atlast get your calcium and vitamin d 3 levels checked but they won't cause much much of a trouble in reality..
