Getting pain under stomach, and getting pain while waking, sitting..now I'm at 7 Month pregnancy state. Please advise. I'm eating regularly.

Is there any spotting or bleeding..abdomen pain is quite common in pregnancy..it may be due to acidity or gas or if motion not clear..avoid long sitting n standing..
