You have a structural issue in the spine...like your spine is bend towards left side in the lower back....with associated vony changes...and with disc degeneration...nothing to worry....
I suggest you to...
Go with medication..
Start strengthening your core muscles and lower body....
Core exercises like..dead bugs.. .hundreds...side plank....Air cycling...spine extension...
Keep icing your low back. .
Do these things for atleast six weeks...and revert back ....
