Getting knee pain (left leg left side)

20 days back i have started running  practice...since 10 days feeling pin pointed pain at knee..it is quit normal .when doing walking... ...and i took 3 days rest and again started practice as i felt good...but the same thing was repeated...horrible pain when i getting down from stairs and during running...so kindly suggest ...what i have to do..to get fit at running. ..

Start gradually and increase slowly, for body to adjust.
