Getting heel pain through out the day

I am suffering with both heels pain through out the day. At morning and after get out from chair, it is huge pain and not able to walk for some steps easily. But pain is continuing through out the day including sleep. Please suggest the treatment. Thanks

Looks like you have plantar fasciitis. Use soft insoles, U/s massage.
