Since last two weeks my mom is getting nose bleed almost every day. She has bp problem, which was 160-100 when she last checked. But she has never had this issue before that. Almost two weeks earlier she took first dose of Covishield. We are assuming these nosebleed is because of that. But we are not sure. Or is it because of heat. Is it possible to get nosebleed daily because of heat. Can somebody please help me here and let me know what should I do?

BP of 160/100 is mostly what is causing the nose bleed.. Unlikely that the vaccine has anything to do with it. There could be drying inside the nose also because of the heat. Use saline Nasal drops 3 drops each side 4 to 5 times a day and consult a physician for BP control. Pinch nose or apply ice packs for 1st aid during bleeding
Next Steps
Consult a physician and ent spl online
Health Tips
Keep a watch on the high BP

The nose bleed is happening because of the elevated blood pressure or some local issues inside the nose. It is not because of the vaccine. Please meet with an ENT specialist for examination of the nose and also with a physician for BP management.
Next Steps
keep ice packs over the nose bridge and tightly pinch the nose when there is an active bleed. use 3-4 drops of saline inside the nose 4-5 times a day
Health Tips
avoid picking the nose or blowing nose too hard.
