1. Margins -regular or irregular
2. Rate of growth by 1 mm/day
3. Presence of fetal pole and cardiac activity
4. Presence of synchorionic haemorrhage
Next Steps
If cardiac activity is detected You need to support your pregnancy
1. Continue Fol 123
2. Capsule Susten 200 mg twice a day for 2 weeks vaginum pessary
3. Injection Proluton depo 500 mg twice a week for two weeks
4. Injection BetaHCG 5000 IU twice a week for two weeks
Health Tips
Avoid lifting weights and stress and intercourses and travel
Avoid papaya and pineapple
Take strict bedrest for 2 weeks to improve blood flow to baby
