Is gestational sac of 9.67 mm size is too small for 6 w 1 d pregnancy? Will it cause miscarriage? Fetal heartbeat is also low 89bpm.

Sac is assessed by 1. Margins -regular or irregular 2. Rate of growth by 1 mm/day 3. Presence of fetal pole and cardiac activity 4. Presence of synchorionic haemorrhage

If cardiac activity is detected You need to support your pregnancy 1. Continue Fol 123 2. Capsule Susten 200 mg twice a day for 2 weeks vaginum pessary 3. Injection Proluton depo 500 mg twice a week for two weeks 4. Injection BetaHCG 5000 IU twice a week for two weeks

Yes for 6 w 1 d pregnancy it is less, and heart rate is also on lower side, just relax and at recheck it at 7 weeks, generally at 6 weeks fetal heart is on lower side , till then take your progestogen support ,tab folic acid,  no exertion and no stress.
