GERD is common during pregnancy especially in the 8 and 9 month as the pregnant uterus creates an upward pressure on the stomach. Take multiple meals, more frequently but less in quantity. Walk for 15 min post meals. Don't lie down after meals. Avoid oily and spicy foods. Coming to your baby's weight, take protein rich diet and get an ultrasound for baby's weight.
Next Steps
Please get a ultrasound for fetal well being and doppler.
