I have a ulcerative lesion in my inner layer of foreskin, penis which is about 1 month a 2 weeks old, it started spreading the infection now at the head of glans and outer layer of foreskin, initially it was painless and there was no itchiness. Now it started itching during my sleep and while I sit for work.I have seen Dr Batras clinic and have been taking their home meds for a month, but I don't see any improvements.
