Thank you for sharing your concern. White, painless and non-itchy growths around the vaginal lips and inner thighs may have several causes, including genital warts (which can be associated with HPV), skin tags, or other skin conditions. The absence of pain or itching does not rule out an infection. Since the growths have been present for two months, we recommend an in-person consultation with a qualified gynaecologist or dermatologist for a proper examination and diagnosis. Please avoid applying over-the-counter wart removal products or home remedies to the genital area, as these may cause irritation or burns. With timely evaluation, appropriate treatment can be planned according to the diagnosis. If the lesions are rapidly increasing, bleeding, ulcerated, or accompanied by unusual vaginal discharge, please seek medical attention promptly. It can be due to HSV II or syphilis infection. Needs to rule out. It can be well treated with homeopathic medicine effectively and without any side effects. You need an expert Sexologist who is a good homeopathic physician.

Genital warts like these are caused by a common HPV infection. They're usually not dangerous on their own, but they don't clear up by themselves and do need proper treatment. Being painless and slow growing is typical of how they usually show up.
Next Steps
A gynaecologist can clear these with a topical application, freezing (cryotherapy), or a quick in-clinic procedure, depending on how many there are and where. Your partner may need an evaluation too, since this spreads through skin contact.
Health Tips
Please see your gynaecologist soon rather than waiting, since untreated warts tend to grow and spread further over time.
