Have intermittent pain on the left side of my vaginal/genital area. It started as a stretching/pulling sensation usually noticed before periods and earlier used to resolve once periods started, but this time it continued after my periods. The pain increases with pressure such as getting up after long sitting, squatting, stretching legs, or walking, and improves with rest. There is no abnormal discharge, swelling, redness, lump, or pain/burning during urination, and my menstrual cycles are regular. I had one episode of sudden lower abdominal pain lasting 1–3 minutes that resolved on its own. After about 6 days, the vaginal pain resolved but mild pricking/needle-like pain appeared near the upper genital area (possibly urethral/clitoral), mainly on the left side, occurring only with pressure or movement. I also notice mild genital dryness.
