Hello sir Sir I am escitalopram 10mg in morning and escitalopram 5mg & propranolol 20 & clonazepam .25 at night. Sir I slowly tappered down my clonazepam .25 to 0 in 4 weeks and switched to melatonin 3mg bcz benzodizapines are addictive in nature. Is it safe to take melatonin supplement for long term , and how long can I take this? Sir i am taking escitalopram 10mg from June 2024 and my psychiatrist increased my ssri dose in October 2024 5 mg at night ,rest all the medicine same.
