Is cow milk good for kids? My child is 2 years old can I give him cow milk is it beneficial for him..

You can try little amount of it. If child is comfortable you can go for it. Cow milk is beneficial, you can give it to the child.

If the child can tolerate milk,it should be given. However, you can choose which brand you want to give. Milk is most wholesome food in itself.
