Can I take patanjali YOUNAMRIT VATI regularly. Is it safe to use daily. Any side effects while taking or not. My age is 20.

It's totally safe . But consume with proper dose ,time , duration..as per ur prakruti / nadi Medicine is medicine ..not tonic or health supplements ..think and consult

Patanjali younamrit vati is a very good ayurvedic medicine. If you are taking this medicine by ayurvedic physician's prescription, then it is very good.
