We got normal CBC done for our child. Attaching the reports here. He recently had cough and cold. Now, it has improved with only very mild cold. Can you please check the report and suggest if any medication is required?

CBC is showing low MCV , might be due to early Iron def anemia , get an iron profile done Vit. D is borderline normal .... the child should  sit in day sunlight for at least 30 Minutes. Exposing the hands and legs in full length Diet.,.add salads , green veggies in food
