My dad has cancer biopsy- adenocarcinoma at ge junction. He has bp, sugar looks normal. Pet cet results came will go to doctor. Im not able to attach more than two documents. Please guide doctor told stage 4. Doctor told some in neck, multiple lymph nodes, ge junction

Unfortunately yes He has stage 4 GE junction cancer Is he having any swallowing difficulty? What is the age of your dad? He needs chemotherapy and some molecular tests can be done on biopsy to ascertain role of targeted and immunotherapy But before doing this should know physical condition of patient and if he is fit to take chemotherapy or not
