GAVE in upper GI endoscopy

I had gone through GI endoscopy which shows GAVE features. Also had gone through ultrasonography which shows hepatomegaly with some other impressions. Just worried about GAVE as I read on internet about GAVE as a serious condition.howevwr my doctor said its normal.. nothing to worry.. pkease suggest.
