I'm having Sliding Hiatus Hernia and Prolpse Gastropathy. Please tell me the treatment and how is it curable cause this makes me too much restless because of shortness of breath.

Ankit Please discuss your issue with the same doctor who did your endoscopy. He will be the best person to help you. I am sure he has already put you on medicines like Pantoprazole or similar drug

avoid tea coffee chocolates cold drinks smoking tobacco alcohol, very oily very spicy foods and,over the counter painkillers like combiflam. avoid sleeping or lying down within 2. 3 hours of taking food
