this may be due to stiffness or tightness of the muscle.
you need to stretch your calf muscles- 15 sec hold- 5 reps- 3 sets
continue this for 3 days.
before stretching apply hot pack on the muscle for 10-15 mins. that will help in reducing stiffness.

after 3 days, start with calf strengthening. isometrics would be better
