Gastritis-Helicobacter Pylori issue

Hi , I have been suffering with buring in stomach,Acidity and gas for the past 2 years. Endoscopy results with erosive gastritis+ probably due to H.Pylori bacterial infection. I have been prescribed with Nexpro Hp kit (2 antibiotics + 1 PPI) for 12 days. I have history of kidney problem . Can I use this medication with kidney problem or Is this H.pylori infection can be cured in Homeopathy/Ayurveda . Please help in getting out this problem as this has been hell to me for 2 years. Thank you.
