My Total CBC count 7800 cells And Esoinophils 10℅ Is gastric causes blood allergies. Left hand pain and cramps comes every time. What should I do ?

Your CBC total count of 7800 is completely normal. Eosinophils at 10% are mildly elevated (normal upper limit is around 6%). Gastric problems do not cause eosinophilia — it is actually the reverse: conditions like parasitic infections, allergic disorders, or certain foods can raise eosinophils and sometimes also irritate the gut lining. The left hand pain and cramps are likely a separate issue and may be related to low calcium or magnesium levels, muscle tension, or nerve-related causes.
Next Steps

Your CBC is normal. Eosinophils are in upper normal range. Gastritis won't cause allergies. Inturn high Ig E levels or high eosinophils can cause gastritis. Left hand pain could be radiation pain from gastritis
