Did you have any street or outside food. If yes then avoid taking it. Headache could be because of weakness or fever. Take pan top D ….1 tab before breakfast For stomach pain take Drotin M ….1 tablet before lunch and 1 before dinner for 3 days. Take Paracetamol…SOS only when you feel pain .
