Hi,
I have Gas problem,Excess Gas is passing through abdominal region .although it is natural but sometimes it cause imbarssing situations and sometimes feel uncomfortable also

First need to correct epatite n digestion...so the gas trouble will come down..coz of gas indigestion of food so the hemorrhoids...and lifestyle also should balance as you have mentioned occupation..
