Gas issue

I have gas and burps problem.my left hand thumb is swollen from last 10 days .i also get burning sensation while urinating,and I am not even able to completely pass my urine.my medical report also shows I have protein in my urine. Also attached my thumb photo. Suggest some treatment.

Needs history..any history of trauma/ insect bite etc can be the cause of thumb swelling. The cause of burning micturition might be due to your low water intake. but once needs history.
