Gas iron ring from table top has dropped from table top on my second toe on feet. It blended a bit , pain was there at that time but after few hours there is negligible pain. I cleaned it with dettol. Do I need a tetanus injection. Because of covid rise in our city we are not stepping out of home. Please suggest.
