I have gas and constipation from many days i have tried different ways to cure but it is occurring again and again. I need some permanent solution for it.

Hi Needs  a proper evaluation of problem by a Medical Gastroenterolgist It may be diet related or because slow movement of Intestine. Kindly have check done
