Earlier my teeth line was perfect but now the gap between my teeth is arising also one of my front teeth is leaning forward , which affects my smile .

We totally understand ur concern Spacing between the teeth is common in most of the cases , as there will be bone resorption as the age advances . Spacing can be closed by simple composites. The teeth one which is leaning forward / I don’t suggest braces as it is single tooth correction and its time taking . Get a intentional root canal treatment done followed by a all ceramic cap. ENJOY UR SMILE....
