As such dose of celin 500mg depends on need. It can be taken 12 hours apart,  before meals.

Celin 500 is a vitamin C (ascorbic acid) supplement (500 mg per tablet). For a common upper respiratory infection (like cold or cough), vitamin C may help shorten symptoms slightly or make them milder in some people, but it does not cure or strongly prevent colds. The RDA (daily need) for adults is only 75–90 mg/day. Higher doses (like 500–2000 mg/day) are sometimes used during illness, but benefits are modest (e.g., cold shorter by about 1 day).
Next Steps
• Take 1 tablet (500 mg) per day — this is safe and common for short-term use during a cold/URI. • If your doctor advised more (e.g., 1000 mg/day), you can take 2 tablets per day (split doses), but do not exceed 2000 mg total per day without advice (higher can cause stomach upset, diarrhea, or rarely kidney stones). • Take for 5–7 days during symptoms, then stop or reduce to 1/day if needed. • Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you have kidney problems, gout, or take other medicines — they can confirm safe dose for you.
Health Tips
• Gap between tablets: If taking 2 per day, space them at least 4–6 hours apart (e.g., one in morning, one in evening) — this helps better absorption and reduces stomach irritation. • Take with food or after meals to avoid acidity/upset stomach. • Drink plenty of water — vitamin C is water-soluble and excess comes out in urine. • Get vitamin C from food too: oranges, lemons, guava, kiwi, bell peppers — natural sources help recovery. • Rest, stay hydrated, and use steam/saline nasal drops for your URI — these help more than vitamin C alone. If symptoms worsen (high fever, bad cough, breathing issues), see a doctor soon. For personalized advice (based on your age, other meds, or full symptoms), please consult with me online. Take care and get well soon!
