Gall stones form due to concentrated bile which usually happens when you use less fat in your diet. Headache may be related with gallstones. Not sure. This is not a confirmatory sign of gall stones. Anyway 10 mm size is borderline. Above 10 mm may need surgery. Nothing to worry.
