Gall stones form due to concentrated bile which usually happens when you use less fat in your diet. For cleansing the liver you should follow HAIP DIET based on the anti-inflammatory principles of Ayurveda because gall stones is just a symptom, not the root cause. A diet devoid of healthy fats and consumption of excessive inflammatory carbohydrates can keep damaging your gut in the long run. Some basic herbal formulations can help in your condition for which consultation is required.  Also appropriate bile acid sequestrant herbs will prevent the headache episodes you experience as well because they will help address the root cause which is toxic bile. Gall bladder removal is not the solution.  However,  it may be a life saving tool during emergency, butbif you switch to HAIP DIET it will help in avoiding such emergency conditions.
Next Steps
follow HAIP DIET and consult for herbal detox

A 10 mm gallstone in the fundus without other symptoms is unlikely to cause monthly headaches. The headache may be unrelated and needs separate evaluation. However, it’s best to assess both conditions holistically. I recommend consulting me for a detailed Ayurvedic evaluation and personalised care.

Headache may be related with gallstones. Not sure. This is not a confirmatory sign of gall stones. Anyway 10 mm size is borderline. Above 10 mm may need surgery. Nothing to worry. In Ayurveda there is proper treatment for this. Have you any abnormalities in pancreas or liver? Like, fatty  infiltration?
Next Steps
Avoid oily food& minimise your nonveg. especially chicken, beef etc. Drink plenty of water( 10-12 glass). Avoid milk& ghee
Health Tips
Triphala churnam 1 tsp in coconut milk on early morning in empty stomach. for more details you may consult with me.
