Is 14.8mm stone in gallbladder very serious condition? And is it immediately need a surgery? Which kind of surgeon I should appoint?

Yes, it wont be serious unless it goes and blocks the cystic duct (google it) causing ACUTE CALCULOUS CHOLECYSTITIS (google it). So i advice surgery (Lap Cholecystectomy) -100%.
