There is a 12.7 mm suzed calculas seen in in gall bladder lumen. The CBD is not dilated. And my doctor suggest laparoscopic cholecystectomy with laproscopic CBD exploration omenfectomg... Please suggestions isbit correct my wife need both or only need laparoscopic cholecystectomy

She need laparoscopic cholecystectomy only...there is no CBD dilatation or intra hepatic biliary radical dilatation to get suspicion of CBD stone...so no need of CBD exploration...
