After LAPAROSCOPIC gall bladder surgery a person can start walking as soon as same day. Daily activity is resume in 2 days, moderate activity in 5 to 7 days. In gym, basic non weight bearing excercises can be started after 5 to 7 days, but weight bearing Should not be done till atleast 2 to 3 months.

If it is done by Laparoscopy(Minimal Access/Hole Surgery), 1week is more than sufficient. Small amount of pain can be expected
Next Steps
Avoid strenuous exercise for alleast 1 month
Health Tips
Go slow in Gym. increase gradually
