Usg documented 11 mm calculus without any other complaint is labelled as "asymptomatic cholelithiasis" and as per current medical guidelines, cholecystectomy is not to be done.. P.S:- abdominal fullness is not the presentation of gall stones.. needs further investigation for abdominal fullness too..

11 mm is big , it should be operated.
