1st I like to know what radiological investigation you took, whether USG or MRCP or CECT USG gives only  approximate dimension of the gall stones, tis better to go for CT or MRCP to rule out exact size of the stone also to identify the bileduct stones Gall stones requires 100%  surgical management Gall stones -> Cholecystitis -> altered/ defective bile flow to the small intestine ->  hindrance in fatty food  digestion  and entero hepatic circulation ( bile recycle mechanism) -> may cause constipation or diarrhoea. So chronic Cholecystitis definitely one of the reason for constipation
