The collective symptoms ie Dyspepsia, you are having is related to cholelithiasis or Gall stone disease. Unfortunately, Surgery is the best treatment option to proceed with. NO it cannot be cured with medicines-be it allopathy or ayurvedic.

Gallstones disease or cholelithiasis - severe gas problem and constipation is related to it . 2. Its not self healing disease or can't be healed by ayurveda. It's should be surgically removed.

1. Gastritis is linked to your gall stones i.e the complaint of gas. Patients with gallstones experience pain in the epigastric region / right hypochondrium. Constipation is not linked to gallstones. 2. In gallstone disease, Surgery is the only treatment option. Gallstones do not dissolve with any medicine be it allopathic or ayurvedic

The severe gas you are experiencing, medically referred to as dyspepsia, is a classical symptom of gallbladder stones (cholelithiasis).
Next Steps
There is no definitive medical cure for gallbladder stones; surgical removal is the only treatment option. Surgery can be performed by open, laparoscopic, or robotic technique. Postponing surgery may lead to serious complications such as gallbladder perforation, which can be life-threatening, or, in the long term, increase the risk of gallbladder cancer.

1st I like to know what radiological investigation you took, whether USG or MRCP or CECT USG gives only  approximate dimension of the gall stones, tis better to go for CT or MRCP to rule out exact size of the stone also to identify the bileduct stones Gall stones requires 100%  surgical management Gall stones -> Cholecystitis -> altered/ defective bile flow to the small intestine ->  hindrance in fatty food  digestion  and entero hepatic circulation ( bile recycle mechanism) -> may cause constipation or diarrhoea. So chronic Cholecystitis definitely one of the reason for constipation
Next Steps
I prefer Allopathic surgery only, as alternative medicine treatment may take your disease conditions to  complications without any benefit Kindly consult qualified and competent Surgeon
