First know the reason for your weight gain..Check your
thyroid profile,Hb%,
FSH &
prolactin,Vit D3 levels and Ultra sound abdomen to rule out PCOD.If there's any problem,go to gynaecologist and get them corrected.
If the reports are abnormal or not, go for regular exercise for atleast half an hour. and eat in small amounts at regular intervals.Have lots of fruits and fibre. Avoid junk foods and red meat ( if nonveg)
