Hi, I want to know how Do I gain weight? I eat properly but I think I'm not getting the the required calories diet per day or nutrients. I don't gain weight at all.

Start exercise with good fats and high protein highly nutritious diet. Being low weight we always neglect the impact of exercise on our health . Stay hydrated . Add more calories with nutrition only . No junk n night sugar food . No need for any medicine. Consult personally for proper guidance and results.

Hello, Not gaining weight could be out of tow reasons 1. Your BMR is more  means what you eat is less than what  calories you burn through out whole day. 2. There could be any underlying disease or disorder which you have to check. If this the case then your diet will proceed accordingly. And  for planing your diet i need to know some of your information apart from above tow things then only diet plan will be working. Other wise everything will go waiste.
