Gaining weight despite of being a vegeterian. i dont take food outside either.

What is your height weight. Being vegetarian or non vegetarian doesn't have any relations with weight gain. It depends on your eating habits. Not consuming outside food is also not related to weight gain. These factor contribute to weight gain but not complete responsible for it.I can help you with 4-5 KGS weight loss in month
