Sir m having Generalized Anxiety Disorders and having panic attacks sometimes and I always afraid of having strokes and heart attack all the time,My Bp is normal,ais there any chance to get sudden strokes or heart attack,Plz explain me sir m so worried for my daily living.Thank you
